As one of the basic elements in life science research, experimental animals play a crucial role in many scientific fields, serving as important safety, efficacy, and standard tests, especially in the evaluation of drug effectiveness and safety.
Spefor Company has built a barrier-level animal laboratory and a large-scale SPF-level experimental animal production workshop. We can independently carry out disease modeling and related experiments for common experimental animals including mice, nude mice, guinea pigs, rabbits, beagles, sheep, and small pigs. We have mastered the animal modeling methods for nearly 80 different types of diseases.
1. Disease model replication (cycle: depending on the specific modeling method, generally 1-8 months)

Preparation of various surgical intubation animal models (this is a service feature of our company, under the pharmacology service)
In vivo pharmacology evaluation experiment service
With the rapid development of life sciences, the nature of disease and tumor occurrence and development is gradually being revealed, and the search for efficient, low-toxicity, and safe new drugs has become a new trend. Establishing and improving the preclinical systematic pharmacology evaluation technology platform for drugs is a prerequisite and foundation for drug development. The preclinical pharmacology evaluation platform established by Spafon can carry out various surgical intubation animal model preparations, and has established 6 major categories of tumor transplantation animal models and more than 40 disease animal models according to standards to meet the research and development needs of customers.
2.1 Tumor transplantation animal model
2.2 Tumor imaging and pathological analysis
2.3 Molecular biology detection
2.4 Tumor transplantation animal model service: (cycle: 6-20 weeks)
* Subcutaneous transplantation tumor animal model
In situ transplantation tumor animal model

Our technical team is on site 24/7, with members having over 40 years of experience in animal experimentation and management, able to handle any unexpected situations that may arise during facility operations. We are equipped with multiple resources within the industry, providing clients with comprehensive solutions for animal experimentation.
Some product displays: (isolators, IVCs, laboratories, nude mice (nude rats), tumor photos, pathological tissue photos).
3. Small animal bolism monitoring.
The small animal bolism and monitoring system collects synchronized bolic and behavioral information to generate high-resolution, unique and rich data streams. We can provide multiple reusable measurement systems, where multiple cages share one gas analysis chain. Compared to other traditional bolic systems, this multiple measurement system shortens the cycle time by up to ten times. If you need faster bolic measurement speed, we can also provide parallel continuous measurement systems, where each cage is equipped with a separate air flow generator and gas analyzer. Both multiple and continuous measurement systems have configurations available for mice or rats.
